At Huff & Puffers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened merchandise. Please ensure all original packaging and seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely and processed quickly.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
